• Color: Refers to the natural tint of white diamonds. Most white diamonds carry slight yellow hues and come in a spectrum of colors.
• Clarity: Represents the inclusions (number, size, and position) visible under a 10x magnifying glass. Fewer inclusions mean higher clarity and value, as they enhance the diamond's brilliance.
• Cut: Indicates how a diamond's facets interact with light. This is the only human-controlled factor, and it enhances brilliance, fire, and scintillation.
• Carat Weight: Refers to a diamond's weight, not its size. One carat equals 0.20 grams and is a global standard since 1907.

• In-stock items: Delivered within 5-10 business days.
• Made-to-order or personalized pieces: Crafted by our master artisans and delivered within 6-8 weeks.

Any size adjustment, whether for a bracelet, chain, or ring, will require the piece to be reproduced. Please note that we do not offer resizing services at our facility.

3. Once details are finalized, a non-refundable deposit is required. This ensures full dedication to sourcing diamonds, gemstones, or crafting your unique piece.

• In-stock fine jewelry: In-stock fine jewelry is eligible for return within 7 business days from the invoice date, provided it is unused, unaltered, and in its original packaging. Refunds will be issued as store credit.
• Made-to-order fine jewelry: Custom sizes or pieces are FINAL SALE and NON-RETURNABLE, including any alterations made after the sale.

• All domestic orders ship via overnight express delivery, requiring a signature upon receipt.
• Billing and shipping addresses must match for order processing.
